Untuk Mensubmit sample sebuah virus atau malware ke ESET langsung silakan ikuti langkah – langkah dibawah ini :
    1. Kompres file yang dicurigai malware tersebut kedalam arsip .zip atau .rar dan beri password “infected”.
    2. Kirim File tersebut melalui email ke virus@eset.co.id.
