Menjalankan dua produk antivirus pada komputer yang sama dapat menurunkan kinerja dan menyebabkan ketidakstabilan sistem operasi. Sangat dianjurkan untuk menghapus atau menguninstall setiap perangkat lunak antivirus yang diinstal sebelumnya    dari sistem operasi anda  sebelum memasang produk keamanan ESET. Penghapusan instalasi dengan  menggunakan removal tool dari Windows (Add / Remove Programs) seringkali tidak mencukupi.
